This is a line from a song Morinda (Ivy’s mom) used to bring down the house with when she was just a little older than Ivy. The sentiment is too true!
Yesterday, Palm Sunday, Ivy was able to venture outside for a little sunshine.
And later that evening, her daddy, sisters, and brother were able to visit.
The best news of all: Ivy gets to go home TODAY!!
A very special thank you for all the prayers, visits, phone calls, and good thoughts and energy. After spending a week in ICU, Ivy Maude will be going home. Morinda and Brigham appreciate the love and support so many have generously shared. THANK YOU!!!

BTW I totally remember Morinda singing that song. I believe she had a shirt that would “light” up. I was soooo envious. She got to sing and sparkle all at the same time.
